Researcher on fodder crops
Katrien Geudens’ research interest focuses on soil health, cover crops and crop rotation, with particular interest in functional agrobiodiversity and agroecology. She started working at Hooibeekhoeve, practical dairy research centre, in 2018. The goal of her work is to bridge the gap between agriculture and nature. The main project Katrien worked on was FABulous Farmers, a European project to increase the efficiency of farm and natural resources by using Function AgroBiodiversity (FAB).
